Travel ideas with kids- local!

So I have put together a local list of places that we frequently travel with our boy! These consist of places in Southwest Virginia, Tennessee and North Carolina. We love to do these travels especially during the summer months when the weather is more cooperative. I highly recommend any of the these destinations and depending on what time frame you have to spend in the area I would suggest trying them all! These are fun for the whole family! Link to Dinosaur Park in Limestone, TN: If you love dinosaurs this place is it! Kason requests this weekly although we don’t make it quiet that often we try to go here with him at least four or five times a year. They are always adding new dinosaurs and the dig site is pretty amazing! https://www.facebook.com/BackyardTerrors

The Resort At Governors Crossing: This is really an option for overnight travel, however, if you are traveling overnight this resort offers so many wonderful amenities for everyone. resortatgovernorscrossing.com
